We use XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis, which is 99.9% accurate and completely non-destructive. The machine sits on the counter and you watch the reading come up with us.

What do I need to bring?

Three things: (1) your items; (2) two pieces of valid government-issued ID, at least one with your photo on it; (3) for watches and certified diamonds, the boxes, papers and certificates — they can increase your offer. You must be 18 years or older to sell.

Do you buy gold-plated jewellery?

No. We do not buy plated or gold-filled costume items, because there isn't enough recoverable metal to pay for. We'll test it for free and tell you honestly.

Absolutely. Broken chains, single earrings, bent rings and tangled lots are all valued on metal content, so condition doesn't reduce your payout.

Can I sell a diamond without a certificate?

Yes. We grade stones in-house on cut, colour, clarity and carat. A GIA or AGS certificate helps confirm the grade and usually supports a stronger offer, but it isn't required.

Do you sell gold bullion as well as buy it?

Yes — bars from 1 g to 1 kg, 9999 gold coins such as Maple Leafs, Eagles and Krugerrands, plus silver bars and rounds, all at tight premiums over spot.
